Enjoy a night under the stars for an outdoor movie screening of the American film classic at the Historic Long Branch Natural Amphitheater. Historian and author Nicholas Redding will provide a brief introduction about how the historical understanding and interpretation of the 19th century American South has changed since the release of the film. Moviegoers will receive a “Historian’s Toolbox Playbill” that will provide the tools and facts to become critical historians for the night.
